NON-PROFIT TABLES
ALL organizations must receive approval for using mall facilities. There is no charge for nonprofit groups.
A non-profit group may reserve the entire mall for a specific event. The group's representative will work directly with the mall Marketing Director to coordinate the event. Groups must list items that they are selling. If an item is available in a mall store, prior approval from the NMMA board must be obtained before the non-profit group will be allowed to sell that item.

Groups must provide their own table and set-up equipment. Groups must set up in their pre-assigned locations. GROUPS ARE REQUIRED TO REMAIN AT THEIR TABLE AND ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DIRECTLY SOLICIT SHOPPERS. YOU MUST ALLOW THE SHOPPER TO APPROACH YOU! Maximum of three people staffing the table.Do not tape or otherwise adfix signs to walls, posts, window or cars. You must clean up and remove all items from the mall and take all garbage with you. Mall doors open at 9am for set up Monday through Saturday and at 11 on Sundays.

If any of these requirements are violated, it may result in your group not being allowed to use mall facilities in the future.
